Rich has joined his wife Ruth at K Real Estate and together have formed “Lavine Team at K Real Estate”. Rich has spent the last several years as a home inspector in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas where he has met with hundreds of clients and assisted them with their home buying experience through assessing the condition of their potential home. “I have loved working with people in the inspection process, home buying gives me more of an opportunity to serve and know my clients.”
Rich and Ruth have 4 kids at home and young marrieds in Ephraim, UT. They love serving in their community with schools and Rich serves as a Scoutmaster in his local troop where three of his children attend. (Interested? Reach out!) They love watching their two dogs play, going camping and especially ATV’s in Reno and Kanab!!! Anything that involves family time; whether it be work, service or fun, “that’s what we’re all about!”
