We are thrilled to introduce our new Podcast Series- The Give Back Cast, hosted by Jeff Evans. The podcast focuses on profiling people who ‘give back’ through charity work to their communities, workplaces and friends in need. Since the mid 2010’s, Jeff has taken his passion for marketing in to the digital and social media space to create brand awareness, brand advocates and brand communities.
How it Works
In the State of Utah, there are thousands of real estate brokerages from which consumers can choose from to assist with their real estate needs. All of these brokerages provide services with commission fees varying from flat fee to percentages. Rather than having a real estate brokerage that solely focuses on commissions only, we want to focus on adding an additional service of continuous charity donations to the community that will allow us to stand out in our industry.
Many of today’s consumers base their day to day decisions on “how does this make me feel” or “am I doing good in the world”, therefore, the idea of utilizing a portion of the commission paid to the brokerage when the client buys or sells real estate is incredibly fulfilling for clients in all age groups. Our objective is to draw clients to our brokerage by focusing on a collective “give back” mentality to local charities that are chosen by not only our agents within our brokerage but also by the clients who we work with. There will be TWO donations made to charities with each closed transaction and this is unique to only our brokerage.

The Give Back Brokerage is part of K Real Estate, a boutique brokerage based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. The Principal Broker/Owner, Jenn Kikel-Lynn wanted to merge her love of philanthropy and real estate with the new vision of The Give Back Brokerage.
All agents licensed through K Real Estate have the opportunity to choose a non-profit of their choice to “give back” to each time that they sell a house. In addition to a donation to the agents charity of choice, K Real Estate will also donate funds to a charity of the clients choice from the same transaction. Two donations for each transaction through K Real Estate! All donations are taken directly from the brokerage commissions and not out of the agents or the clients pockets.
