My charity of choice is Make-A-Wish Utah. My nephew at the age of 6 was granted a wish and ever since then I have taken an interest and volunteered. 97% of wish families observe an increase in their wish kids’ emotional health and 89% of health care professionals surveyed say they believe that wish experiences can influence wish kids’ physical health. My nephew is now 21 years old and doing very well.
I was raised in Murray, Utah and after two decades as an executive in the telecommunication industry along with previous experience as a business owner of multiple wireless Internet stores located in Murray, Midvale and Taylorsville I decided to pursue my passion for Real Estate. I also enjoy being in the outdoors, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, traveling and I am a regular attendee of various Utah Parade of Homes for the last 18 years. Big fan of the St. George Parade of Homes which takes place during the month of February, along with the Salt Lake Parade of Homes during the summer months and the Park City/Heber Parade of Homes in early fall.
Over the last 24 years I have purchased and had multiple new homes built along the Wasatch Front and in the Heber Valley.
– Had a personal custom home built in Wasatch County (Dutch Fields in Midway)
– Served on the Dutch Fields HOA board as Treasurer
– Had 2 new homes built in Davis County (Kaysville and Layton)
– Purchased and sold 2 personal homes in Cottonwood Heights, Utah
– Purchased and have been a landlord of rental property in both Midway and Murray
– Family cabin in Midway for over 40 years
– Own a home in St. George (Sunbrook Golf community)
I have had decades of personal experience in several aspects of Real Estate. Whether it be buying, selling, new construction, building/remodeling, renting/landlord, moving in and moving out of homes, temporary housing/storage units. Multiple years of working together with lenders, title companies, developers, HOA’s, tenants, applying for city permits, etc. These personal experiences now provide me with expertise to share with you!
